We are proud to be a preferred DJ vendor for the fabulous Lion Hills Vineyard in Bremen, a venue that combines rich Georgia history and charm with a classy, modern facility.  SE Events brings our experience and knowledge of the venue and property to deliver a flawless ceremony, cocktail and reception.  And you can be assured that we will work hand-in-hand with the Sammon family, the Lion Hills staff and your other vendors to help take the stress out of your wedding… so you can concentrate of having the time of your life!

Typically, we prefer to talk over the phone or in person to better understand your expectations before making any staffing pitches. We will discuss your general music preferences and define your interactive expectations from the DJ (or lack of) and match you up with an available DJ that has particular experience at your venue. Once your DJ has been selected, he’s yours and will no longer be available to other clients during your event time frame.

Upon request, a simple one page Service Agreement would be sent to you outlining service items, event date, times and location.  Simply sign and return it, along with a small deposit for each service item ($300 DJ/PA; $200 Photobooth; $400 Video)

STEP 1: GETTING STARTED WITH ONLINE PLANNERS

Upon booking, your Spectrum Online Planning account will be set up giving you 24/7 access to our various forms, including Timeline, Ceremony, Reception and Music Requests. We kindly ask for all of our clients to fill out what you can before your “Planning Session” with us. Video tutorials and popular charts/song suggestions are available to help you along the way!  Here’s a screenshot of a typical Welcome Page:

STEP 2: PLANNING SESSION

Closer to your event date (typically @ 30 days), your Spectrum representative will schedule a planning session at our office or over the phone to run through everything so that we can make sure we have properly identified your overall event expectations and our ideal service . Every client is different so we simply need to review, listen and help you finish things up!

STEP 3: DJ FINAL CONFIRMATION

Once your Online Forms are finalized and reviewed, your Spectrum representative will send copies to your DJ and then he will call you for a quick hello and final confirmation. This usually takes place a few days prior to be fresh at the event but we are always flexible.

The entertainment was great and everyone loved the DJ. He was on time, announced everything just right and the dance floor was packed when it counted! It was really great working with Spectrum and a huge plus that you were one of our venue’s preferred vendors. You were familiar with everything, especially time. Excellent Job!

We had a fantastic experience with Spectrum Entertainment!!! Our DJ, Tom Russo did an amazing job making sure our reception ran smoothly and that everyone had a great time! He played a variety of music types, but every song was fun and easy to dance to. He was extremely flexible throughout the reception and was very willing to listen to our last minute requests. Working with Lou and the rest of the team at Spectrum was also a great experience. Lou did a great job managing the planning aspects of the job. And the online database the company made available to us made preparing for our reception super easy. I would love to work with the team again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and easy company to work with!

We worked with Matt from Spectrum Entertainment and he was wonderful! Spectrum makes the process really easy and they have a really thorough event planning worksheet where you can fill in all of the details of the reception, as well as song request forms. I loved having everything so organized! We met with Matt about a month before the wedding to go through the timeline and event details. He was able to create a mix of two songs for our first dance and it was perfect! He walked us through every detail and was extremely helpful. On the day of, he was the master of ceremonies extraordinaire and everything ran so smoothly! He did a great job of mixing our song picks with the rest of the playlist, and there were people on the dance floor all night long. He also flawlessly weaved in the fight song and alma mater from our university, as well as carried out some difficult to find song requests from guests. We really enjoyed working with Matt and it’s not hard to tell he is excellent at what he does. Overall great experience working with Spectrum Entertainment–highly recommend!!

John is amazing! He helped us with the process of choosing music and making sure we had everything customized for us! He set up a PA system during the outdoor ceremony so all the guest could hear my grandfather officiate the wedding. The reception was AMAZING! We knew it would be great when Outkast started playing during the intro! There was not a moment where the dance floor was empty! We had guest ranging from 9-81 years old and everyone joined the dance floor! My grandparents were the last on the anniversary song and it was really sweet. People literally booed when the last song started and wanted “one more song”. I recommend Spectrum for any and every event! Also, we priced several dj’s and they were the most affordable we could find in the Atlanta area.

Absolutely loved DJ Phil. He kept our reception rocking with our choice of music. A little old & new and the kids absolutely had a blast. He was very professional as well as the team at the Spectrum Entertainment office. I highly recommend you book with them for your next event.
