Job Objective:

Successfully execute events by following direction from the Director of AV Services

Job Duties:

• Create an environment where guests will enjoy experiencing scheduled events
• Engage clients with a positive, productive, and lighthearted attitude
• Responsible for set-up & break-down of provided equipment
• Use the company van or truck to deliver and pick up equipment

Job Requirements:

• Previous Audio Visual experience is preferred
• Good communication skills are needed for this position
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Organization and extreme attention-to-detail are mandatory for success in this role
• Flexible schedule during the week
• Very reliable transportation
• Able to take constructive criticism, and have a team attitude

Job Type: Part Time

Job Pay: $10-20 Per Hour

Elite Disc Jockey/Emcee

SE Events is seeking reliable, flexible, and charismatic entertainers who are interested in developing their reputation as a Special Events DJ & Emcee! If you are a driven individual who knows how to command an audience with your music selections and voice, and you have an unyielding passion for entertaining people, grab your decks or controller and join the party!

Job Duties:

• Create an environment where guests will enjoy experiencing scheduled events, setting up the energy for a fun dance party
• Engage guests with a positive, lighthearted attitude

Job Requirements:

• Previous Wedding, Corporate, & School event DJ & Emcee experience is recommended
• Basic knowledge of audio equipment preferred
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on a microphone are needed for this position
• Have a detailed knowledge of various types of music, latest hit songs, line dances, and popular trends in music
• Organization and extreme attention-to-detail are mandatory for success in this role
• Responsible for set-up & break-down of provided equipment
• Flexible schedule on weekends (especially Saturdays)
• Working vehicle with space enough for sound and lighting equipment
• Able to take constructive criticism, and have a team attitude

Disc Jockey Trainee

Want to get started as a DJ in the Special Events industry but don’t have any experience? SE Events is seeking reliable, flexible, and driven individuals who are interested in learning what it takes to be an Elite DJ & Emcee! You will receive hands-on event experience with weddings, private parties, and corporate events while training alongside some of the best mobile entertainers in the Southeast! This is a temporary position with opportunities for advancement to our roster of Elite DJ’s!

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to learn
• Organization and extreme attention-to-detail are mandatory for success in this role
• Responsible for guided set-up & break-down of provided equipment
• Flexible schedule on weekends (especially Saturdays)
• Working vehicle with space enough for sound and lighting equipment
