“Good Afternoon! I just wanted to reach out personally and thank each and everyone of you for all your help this past weekend at the Atlanta Steeplechase. The event was a huge success. Our tent was the tent to be at (but I am biased). I have no complaints from anyone on your team and just wanted to reach out personally and say that every time I had a question or needed something, it was done. Please forward this to your supervisor and tell them that I could not have asked for a better team. The energy that I felt at the event will be talked about for awhile and I am excited to see where this takes us in the future. I hope we can work together again one day! Thank you for all your help and advice and patience in planning a “bing-tastic” event. I think we can all say that we “bing-ed” the house down.

“Just wanted to drop a quick note. The guys on site did a fantastic job of getting things set up and on the breakdown! They all stayed the whole time and were completely focused on our event. They even handled an initial issue very well as we had to ask them to change the layout and they did it quickly and professionally. They were very cognizant of the event and communicated very well before doing anything that might be disruptive.
A+….I would take each of them again on the next one (and will be sure to ask). Please pass along my thanks for their work.
